$1,500 on weekend, or $800 on a Monday- Thursday for 8 hrs of facility use/access with your setup and cleanup.
DIY your event or talk to us about using a full-service event organizer.

*All events require proof of event insurance by the client.

The pricing for your event includes all the facility has to offer. We think you’ll find that we have a lot of value and great customer service to offer for your event.

  • Exceptional service and availability from the venue…we don’t just unlock the door

  • Approximately 7,000 SF

  • Ample room for 225 guests

  • Available sound system, or use your DJ.

  • Dual 98” wall-mounted TVs/Monitors for presentation/display/slideshows.

  • Spacious outside yard for tents, inflatables, etc. 

  • A blank slate that is here for you to decorate and transform into what you need for your event. 

  • Spacious parking lot for guest parking, food trucks, etc. 

  • 3 Door commercial refrigerator.

  • Round 72” tables that seat 8.

  • Wood chairs with padded seats. 

  • We setup and take down tables and chairs for you.

  • Excellent heating and air conditioning. 

  • Multiple guest restrooms. 

  • All one level with the exception of the stage.

  • Caterers are not limited to our list. We can arrange them, or leave that to you.

  • Bagged trash is taken care of by Northwest Place.

  • Additional time available at $100/hr.
